[BusyBox] Question about internal apps....

My impression was that, given:

- busybox, with ash and echo 
- gnu echo in /bin/echo

with only BB_FEATURE_SH_STANDALONE_SHELL defined

executing echo (with ANY path) should result in bb's echo
executing /bin/echo should result in gnu echo

with additionally BB_FEATURE_SH_APPLETS_ALWAYS_WIN defined

executing echo or /bin/echo should both result in the exechting of bb's
echo

I had the expirance that this would not work right now, but is this the
intended behaviour?
