[BusyBox] Example bootdisk using busybox

Hi everyone,

I created a bootdisk a while ago, based on busybox, and it does most of the 
things people ask questions about (pivot_root, devfs, initrd etc). All it 
does is autoload pci/pcmcia modules, gets a tar.gz root image off the 
network/Internet and executes it. Maybe it'll be helpful for some people.
