[BusyBox] Busybox-1.00 build

Hi am student and am trying to build busybox-1.00 for my ARM target . 
toolchain info:Binutils- 2.14.90.0.6, Gcc 3.3.2, Glibc- 2.3.2
development host info : redhat 9.0 

I have run 'make menuconfig' and set build option with 
cross compiler prefix '/usr/armtools/bin/arm-linux-' and when I tried to compile with 'make'

it gives error at 

/home/reddy/busybox/busybox-1.00/networking/telnet.c: In function `telnet_main':
/home/reddy/busybox/busybox-1.00/networking/telnet.c:699: error: impossible constraint
in `asm'

make: ***[/home/reddy/busybox/busybox-1.00/networking/telnet.o] Error 1

am I missing something....any suggestion how to overcome this...thanking you
