Here it is. All I can tell you about it is make allyesconfig built without
errors.

I wound up excluding five changesets that depended on previous patches (10111,
10121, 10166, 10238, 10254, and 10310). This is mostly a collection of
whitespace changes, static tags, and switch to c99 initializer for a
structure. However, there is one that actually has a significant functional
impact: 10238, the SE-Linux support update. 10121 is probably also worth
fixing up, since that should shrink the bin

Two patches (10346 and 10681) were modified slightly: a hunk was removed so
they didn't revert some of the "static" labels from one of the excluded
changesets. They shouldn't have been doing that anyway, but without the
mark-everything-static patch those hunks produced rejects.

This patch is the concatenation of the following changesets. The descriptions
for each are included in the big rollup patch.

10061 10062 10073 10102 10112 10113 10114 10115 10116 10117 10118 10119 10120
10134 10135 10138 10139 10145 10150 10153 10156 10164 10187 10188 10201 10207
10241 10242 10258 10272 10273 10274 10285 10286 10287 10289 10346 10407 10433
10435 10477 10478 10479 10480 10518 10564 10565 10566 10585 10642 10679 10680
10681 10716 10721 10722 10723 9486 9487 9497 9517 9530 9569 9650 9849 9869
9870 9950 9951 9969 9970 9971 9972 9973 fixmv

This doesn't include the new functionality that's been recommended for 1.0.1,

Let me know if anything breaks.
