[BusyBox] makedevs : bug or feature ?

Hi,
    I am using makedevs utility and passing a device-table.txt file to
it in the format specified.

    It works for device files. no issues.

    If i want to create any directory which, i specify in the
device-table.txt file.

    It does not work ?.


    Just went through makedevs.c and found out that the function
responsible for creating a directory does nothing.

  I dont know why ?.


  Can i modify it and send a patch ? or am i using a older version ?.
