This is really about buildroot. It seems that the tcp_wrapper package is not included in buildroot. I could not find any option for that. Consequently, /usr/sbin/tcpd is not built and thus the daemons in "inetd.conf" for rsh, rlogin (which rely on tcpd) do not fire. Is there a way to build tcpd in buildroot.
