[BusyBox] Adding the 'file' command to busybox.

Hello,

  I can't seem to find much information on adding new commands to
busybox, such as the 'file' command in linux. I'm new to busybox and
it's a bit overwhelming.

Would someone mind pointing me in the right direction?
