[BusyBox] [PATCH] start-stop-daemon -q is not quiet

Hello,

Note: I already reported this as bug #353[1].  Just post it here to get
some attention.

start-stop-daemon getopts '-q' but does nothing with it when given.

The code happily uses "if (quiet)" et al. but except for the initial
setting to 0, quiet is not assigned any value.
