[BusyBox] :applet not found and mm/memory.c : bad pmd error

Hello !
I am working for port of linux on at91rm9200. I am using Linux kerne-2.6.11.11. I had compiled and file system is also mountd. Now I am able to use my own application as init. But problem is that busybox is not working properly. It is giving applet not found and mm/memory.c:369 bad pmd error

So please give reply if any one have idea.
