udhcp and busybox

I've ripped it out of my copy or makefile and my copy of Config.in.  If there 
isn't a dhcp client and dhcp server in busybox, I see no reason to put that 
back.  This is a classic example of an external package glued onto busybox.

Are you going to make examples/udhcp a symlink into the other project as well?  
You might as well.  If it was a busybox app, its documentation would be in 
BusyBox.html.  But it isn't.
