Such a user may (should?) contribute patche which separates needed options
off CONFIG_DESKTOP into separate CONFIG_SOMETHING.

This way, set of provided CONFIGs will be expanded where needed (instead
of "everywhere", which is a maintenance problem).

Let's try that and see what will happen.
