[PATCH] fix make defconfig for e2fsprogs

this patch fixes make defconfig with gcc 4.0 for e2fsprogs.
WARNING!!!
THE PATCH IS CREATIVE ;-P
 INCREASES SIZE AND IS ONLY
COMPILE TESTED.
