I added relevant text in news.html in busybox cvs and expected it
to appear at busybox.net after a day or so, but it didn't.
(I planned to announce it after it is there)

I was a bit busy and didn't ask people why it is so.

Anyway, 1.4.1 is 1.4.0 plus these:
