I just updated it to version 0.5d

Usage:
$ mkdir -p /tmp/scratch
$ cd /tmp/scratch
$ ./mk.busybox.sh 2>&1 >&1 foo.log &

even make clean allnoconfig ; make
is b0rked, btw ;)
