1.3.1 cross-compile

Hi list!

I'm sorry if this has been answered before, but subscribed to the list today and couldn't find anything in the archives.

with busybox 1.3.1, 

make TARGET_ARCH=arm CROSS=/path/to/cross_compiler/arm-unknown-linux-gnu- PREFIX=/prefix/path/ all

compiles an Intel 80386 executable instead of an ARM executable. Using make install the same way ignores PREFIX too and installs in ./_install

the syntax used to work wit 1.2.2.1 tough.

any ideas?
