[PATCH RESEND] su without password

HI, Denis,
This patch fixes the su + BB_SUID handling problem
giving root access to every user without asking
a password.
Maybe there is a better fix but in the meanwhile 
this should be applied to 1.4 and 1.3.2 or 1.3.3.
It is tested and confirmed by Marc Leeman only with su but should not break
other applets.
Can you please take a look at it?
