What's up with e2fsprogs?

Hi,

I just noticed the e2fsprogs have been removed since 1.3.2. Ok, they're 
probably too bloated, but I don't see the point in removing the code 
when it can be easily left out during configuration.

And yes, I know the old code is there in a subdirectory, but getting to 
compile it again into busybox is not trivial (requires changes to the 
root Makefile and includes/applets.h at least).
