The BusyBox.html is generated out of include/usage.h, or at least it
was. The file mentioned below is from Oct 24  2006, so there seems to be
something wrong in the Makefiles, it seems (the file isn't generated
anymore when you do 'make'. It used to be, IIRC).

This is already fixed in svn, but generating the file was broken some
time ago..
