Microcom updated

Hello!

I' ve prepared new version of microcom applet.
It now should correctly handle slow devices when used non-interactively.

Also added -X option which turns off special processing of
Ctrl-X -- immediately quit microcom
and Ctrl+@ -- send break sequence to device
