splash image during boot - new applet?

 Because busybox support gunzip/bunzip2 compressed ppm (.gz,.bz2)
should be supported. AFAIK initrd image is compressed itself but the
usage of that tool are not limited in initrd. However this improvment
could be added after bb integration.
