Open HTML File

Hi,
I'm new with BusyBox (that I use with Asterisk telephony server, BusyBox 
V1.0).
I want to make a command line to open a HTML file; how can I do It?
/I tried 'wget' ("wget -q 
http://admin:12345678@192.168.10.156/Set.cmd?CMD=SetPower+P60=0")/
