Some fixes: mkswap, fdisk

Hi, list!
Take a look at patches
First one prevents fdisk from infinite looping when changing partition types
(say, from 83 to 82, as in my situation).
Second one increases mkswap reliability. At least on my build
system (gcc 4.3, uclibc 0.9.29) fdlength() gives
wrong result for large swap device (2Gb).
