Configuring busybox

I have just installed a new version of busybox 1.9.0.

I think that the installation instructions are a little misleading. 

The section in INSTALL says:

"make defconfig" 
(to start with everything enabled and remove what you don't need)

This also sets the variable CONFIG_FEATURE_EXTRA_QUIET to "y". Because
it has a negative meaning, setting "y" means that the feature is
disabled.
