Ok... can you test attached patch (atop busybox-1.10.1-mdev.patch)?

mdev had a serious bug - it was creating wrong type of device nodes.
Also it didn't stop parsing config after first match.
Other smaller problems too.

I decided that it's too buggy to let people wait for 1.11.
