I have a server running Gentoo embedded, and it is far nicer
and far better maintained than uwoody (and since I'm the guy
that created uwwody and have since stopped working on it, I
think my opinion probably counts for a lot).

I highly recommend using Gentoo embedded rather than uwoody.
