When Ulf removed the avr32 patches he made it really hard to fallow the Atmel patches. 1) He created his own version numbers to stamp the prepatched source with. 2) I can find no where what patches are included in the prepatched source I would like to go back to the way before Ulf's changes and include all the Atmel patches and build the same way other archs build (without the ext_source mess), it will make it much easier to include the atmel patches in the future.
