[BusyBox] ctrl+c not working for bash

it certainly seems to work for me, though not with the suggestion
i made above.  it needs the controlling tty feature i suggested using
in another message.  i'd guess that the kernel is capable of supporting
a console on non-tty devices -- i doubt this "trick" will work in those
cases.
