Ok, I did that.

I had to update first.  I don't know why, it won't show me anything in the 
log, but it refused to commit until I updated.  I have _no_ idea...

Considering how much tweaking shaun jackman keeps trying to do for newlib, can 
we really call it supported in 1.0 so far?

We need a quarrantine.h file for this sort of thing...
